The current 25-work Himalaya Surprise batch is recorded as painted with 100% natural mineral pigments. The raw-material list is kept with each individual work, giving every piece a clear material story within the collection.

This material foundation gives the collection a shared character while allowing each work to develop its own palette, surface, and atmosphere through the painter's hand.

24K genuine gold and the language of light

All 25 thangkas in this batch are recorded with 24K genuine-gold painted details. Fine gold lines articulate crowns, jewellery, halos, robes, and sacred geometry, giving the image a changing relationship with light.

In a complete view, gold shapes the balance of the composition. In a close view, it reveals the pace of the hand: a fine edge, a repeated ornament, or a bright point that catches the eye.
