Delivery and timing
Dispatch within 10 calendar days after payment confirmation. Eligible orders receive complimentary tracked international delivery. The carrier, service and tracking number are confirmed at dispatch. The transit estimate shown at checkout begins after carrier handover and excludes customs processing, remote-area delivery and delays outside the carrier's control.
Duties included
Eligible checkout destinations use DDP delivery. Applicable destination duties and import taxes are included in the order total, so no routine import payment is expected on delivery.
Customs, exceptions and returns
Customs or the carrier may still request identity or clearance documents using the contact details supplied at checkout. If an official channel unexpectedly requests an import payment, tracking shows an exception, or you need to return an order, contact us before paying, refusing or sending the parcel back. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
