Ordering and payment
How do payment and reservations work?
Pay with PayPal at checkout. Several different works can be purchased in one order. Stock is checked and reserved when the order is created, rather than when added to your bag. Payment is complete when PayPal confirms it.
Delivery and tracking
Are delivery and import taxes included?
Yes. Delivery, duties and import taxes are included for destinations available at checkout. Contact us if your destination needs a separate arrangement.
When will my order ship and how do I track it?
Ships within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking is added to the private order page after carrier handover.
Returns and support
How do returns work?
We help resolve shipping damage, a wrong work or a material difference from its description at purchase. Where the UK/EU/EEA statutory withdrawal right applies, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and return the same complete work within the next 14 days after notifying us. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the approved tracked, insured service to use in writing; the buyer pays direct return carriage where law allows for a change-of-mind return. Other accurately described one-of-one works are final sale for change of mind. Your destination's mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
What if I need help with a delivery?
Keep the work and packaging, and contact us with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and provide guidance before any repair or return.
Choosing and caring for a work
What is included with my work?
Every thangka and Dzi bead includes a cord, ready to wear or keep in your collection.
How do I choose a thangka, Dzi bead or meaningful Buddhist art gift?
For a thangka, start with a favourite Buddhist figure or colour palette, then look at the composition, fine brushwork and layered colour. For a Dzi bead, choose a pattern and shape. Each product page lists materials and dimensions alongside photographs and price. For a gift, consider the recipient’s interests: Manjushri’s traditional association with wisdom, or Avalokiteshvara’s with compassion, can express a personal wish.
How do I care for my work?
Keep your work dry, away from direct sunlight, perfume and cleaning products. Store it separately after wearing and protect it from knocks. See the product page for care specific to the piece.
