You may ask for further images, recorded details and destination delivery information. Details not stated on the individual page are not inferred from the category.

Delivery eligibility is confirmed from the complete address at checkout. If the destination is not supported, contact us before creating an order or paying.

Available checkout destinations use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms® 2020): international delivery and applicable destination duties and import taxes are arranged and paid by the brand, with no routine import payment due on delivery. Dispatch within 10 calendar days after payment confirmation. Tracking is added to the private order page after carrier handover.

Contact us promptly, keep the work and all packaging, and photograph the parcel, label and issue. Do not repair or return anything before receiving written instructions.

Where the statutory UK/EU/EEA withdrawal right applies, notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery and return the same complete work within the following 14 days. Contact us before return; approved tracked, insured service is required, and the buyer pays direct return carriage where law allows. Otherwise, accurately described one-of-one works are final sale for change of mind. Damage, a wrong work or a material discrepancy remains protected; destination-specific mandatory rights are unaffected.

Each work page includes category-specific delivery and care notes. Keep thangka away from direct sunlight, moisture and abrupt environmental change; protect beads from impact, prolonged moisture and chemicals.
