Guidance that becomes part of your life
The right mentor gift starts with the influence you want to acknowledge. Shakyamuni’s teaching scene honours knowledge shared; Manjushri recognises clearer thinking; Samantabhadra values a principle demonstrated through action. Choose the subject that best describes how this person helped you grow.
The teacher by example
The vow-and-action theme recognises integrity, practice and a direction made visible in daily work.

What should I consider for an academic mentor?
Connect the subject to their influence: teaching, clear thinking or a model of practice. Then choose a palette they enjoy and a note that mentions something specific.
Does the mentor need to be a Buddhist?
Choose with respect for their interest in Buddhist or Asian art. If they appreciate the imagery, you can explain the cultural meaning and the personal reason for your gift.
What size are these paintings?
The painted images shown in this selection measure 40 × 50 mm. This is the painting size; view the individual product page for the full presentation and current details.
